Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Élantika, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return, exchange, or refund subject to the terms below.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Must include:
    • Original invoice/receipt copy
    • Return authorization confirmation

Élantika reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include clear photos/videos as proof.


4. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

  • Return pickup and exchange delivery will be arranged by Élantika.
  • Customers must ensure availability for pickup at the scheduled time.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Processing time: Up to 15 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD Orders:
Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI after customer verification.


6. Partial Refunds

Élantika reserves the right to issue partial refunds if the returned item:

  • Is not in original condition
  • Has missing packaging/tags
  • Shows signs of use

7. Final Acceptance Clause

If no return or issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, the order will be considered accepted and will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.


8. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or regulatory restrictions. Élantika is not liable for such delays.
